Behavioural Leadership Course
We will be running Behavioural Leadership courses this Spring for individuals or small teams to join. Content-wise, the course covers all the behavioural science tools and techniques needed to practice and refine a behaviourally-sound leadership approach. This course is suitable for all levels of management – anyone interested in how to better manage themselves and others would benefit.
We are currently taking bookings for our Glasgow course, which will be held on the 16th and 17th April, and the 21st and 22nd May.

Course Layout
The course will combine classroom sessions with coursework. Days 1 and 2 will be delivered back to back. There will be a three-week gap, during which attendees will complete online coursework and reading. Delegates will then attend days 3 and 4. Included in the course fee is an optional remote coaching session.
