The Hollin Approach

Step one is to introduce training in BMT to the people at the top of the company and then cascade that throughout the company in an orderly manner.

During this training it is very important to gather data on performance within the company. This can be done easily using web-based surveys; ‘in course’ anonymous surveys and searching existing company data. This data is used by the delegates to focus on an area of the business which they can impact upon and improve.

BMT courses are then cascaded out across the company, initially by Hollin, but once company employees have been identified for training these people can complete the cascade.
