Bidding and Tendering Support

Since 2004 Hollin have been providing consulting services to numerous clients via bespoke behaviour-based support for all aspects of business.

Hollin have assisted a number of tenderers bidding work packages for HS2, including the enabling works contract bids, a number of design bids, and the major works contract bids.

Our clients have all topped the ‘behavioural assessment scores’ on their bids and significantly, BBV won the Major Works N1 and N2 contracts.

We have been providing behavioural support for major clients bidding work in the highways, rail, nuclear and water industries since 2012. In the last 24 months, the win rate of the clients we assisted has been over 80%. We specialise in supporting companies who have been asked to include a behavioural element into their bid submissions.
